2⅖ cups milk
cup
Custard powder
1 can Puck® Cream
can
1 cup strawberries, halved
cup
½ cup strawberries, chopped
cup

cup
Instructions
Mix the custard powder with ¼ cup of milk until it's fully dissolved.
In a pot, bring the remaining milk to a boil.
Add the custard mixture and stir continuously until it thickens.
Remove the pot from heat, add the Puck Cream, and mix to combine.
Cover the custard with cling film and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
In small trifle glasses, line the sides with strawberry halves, creating a decorative edge, then fill the center of each glass with the chopped strawberries.
Layer cooled custard mixture, then a layer of the crushed biscuit. Top with another layer of custard then garnish with strawberries.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
