Easy Tiramisu Jars

• • Roughly crush the biscuits into large pieces.
  • Add the coffee over the biscuits and let them soak while preparing the cream mixture.
  • In a bowl, whip the cold Puck Whipping Cream for 4 minutes until you get soft peaks.
  • Add the mascarpone cheese, vanilla, and honey.
  • Whip everything together for another minute until fully incorporated.
  • To assemble, fill each jar with a layer of the coffee-soaked ladyfingers. (You can reuse Puck jars; the recommended size is 4 jars of 240g or 8 jars of 140g.)
  • Add a layer of the cream filling using a piping bag for a neater layering. (Optionally, dust the cream with cocoa powder at this stage, or you can skip this step.)
  • Add another layer of biscuits, followed by cream, and then cocoa powder until you reach the top of the jar.
  • Dust the top of the tiramisu jars with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
