A delicious breakfast dish prepared with Puck four cheese sauce
Drain the tomatoes, slice and salt them. Then place on paper towels. After about 15 minutes, flip them and drain again.
Cut zucchinis in half and dice. In a pan, sauté with butter, salt, pepper and herbs.
Tear the bread into pieces and place in a baking tray (no need to cover the tray entirely as the bread will expand while cooking.)
Then add zucchini, tomatoes and Puck Four Cheese Sauce and repeat with a second layer.
Mix milk and eggs and add to the layers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours (up to 24 hours).
Then place in the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
