Ingredients

24 Plain tea biscuits

1 can Puck® Cream

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup milk

To Garnish:
biscuits, crushed
pistachios, crushed
cocoa powder
coconuts, shredded
chocolate shavings
Instructions
In a stand mixer, whip together the powdered whipping cream, cocoa powder, and Puck Whipping Cream for 4 minutes.
Add Puck Cream and mix well.
Dip the biscuits in milk and arrange them in a layer in a 23x33 cm deep dish.
Add a layer of the chocolate cream mixture, followed by another layer of biscuits. Repeat this process until you reach the top of the dish.
Garnish with your desired toppings and refrigerate for 2 hours.
