Ingredients
4 portions
2 packs Tea biscuits about 3 cups broken into large pieces

½ cup butter, melted

1 can Puck® Cream
can
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
cup
3 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
tbsp
Dark chocolate, melted
pistachios, crushed to garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the melted butter with sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Puck Cream until thoroughly mixed. Then, add the melted chocolate and mix well.
Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture and ensure that the biscuits are evenly coated.
Prepare a sheet of aluminium foil and place another sheet of wax paper on top.
Pour the lazy cake mixture onto the wax paper.
Form it into a roll and tightly wrap it with both the wax paper and aluminium foil.
Place the lazy cake roll in the freezer and freeze it for at least 2 hours.
Remove it from the freezer.
Cut it into 5-cm slices and serve with extra chocolate sauce and crushed pistachios.
